Air Seasoning
Our Standard bourbon barrels are crafted from Appalachian white oak that undergoes a 6-month air seasoning process, followed by kiln finishing. We also provide a premium option that comes with 18-24 month air seasoning. For our finest barrels, we only use 36+ month air seasoned white oak.
Toast & Char
We offer custom toast profiles and char levels #1-5, all done using PLC controlled fires for excellent and consistent results.
